RideLead

Terms & Conditions

Last updated May 9, 2026

RideLead is a technology platform for ride discovery, ride coordination, invitations, RSVPs, event logistics, and rider communication. These starter terms are for the MVP and should be reviewed by an attorney before broad public launch, paid events, or private-property event use.

Platform Role

RideLead helps users organize and communicate about rides. Unless specifically stated, RideLead does not organize, supervise, inspect, control, or guarantee any ride, event, route, staging area, trail condition, or rider decision.

Assumption of Risk

Dirt bike, mountain bike, off-road, motorsports, and outdoor riding activities are inherently dangerous. Users participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own equipment, skill level, health, insurance, safety choices, and legal compliance.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to follow posted ride rules, land-use rules, access restrictions, private-property rules, safety requirements, environmental requirements, and all applicable laws. Ride leaders and event organizers are responsible for the rides or events they create.

Ride and Event Waivers

Some rides or events may require an additional ride-specific, event-specific, private-property, race, minor rider, or paid-event waiver. Riders may be required to accept those terms before joining, paying, checking in, or participating.

SMS Communication Terms

By enabling SMS notifications, entering a phone number for ride communication, accepting an invite, or joining a ride with messaging enabled, you agree to receive ride invitations, ride updates, logistics updates, RSVP reminders, and event notifications from RideLead. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. RideLead messaging is for ride and event coordination and should not be used for unrelated promotional spam.

Acceptable Use

Do not use RideLead for spam, harassment, deceptive invites, unsafe instructions, unlawful rides, trespassing, or communication unrelated to ride and event coordination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RideLead is not responsible for injuries, property damage, ride decisions, route conditions, user conduct, organizer conduct, trail closures, access issues, or incorrect third-party information.
